Beyoncé and Jay-Z Make a Splash with $200M Malibu Mansion Purchase

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have set a new benchmark in real estate, recently acquiring a brand-new luxurious property in Malibu. The $200 million acquisition, designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando—who is also working on Kanye West’s future home—now stands as the most expensive house in the state of California.

This mansion is the couple’s second most costly residence, with the priciest being a $238M flat in New York City. The current 30,000-square-foot concrete home they own was once priced at $295M, representing a substantial deal for the power couple.

The influential couple previously purchased an $88M Bel-Air property in 2017, making this their second Malibu acquisition. While Beyoncé is embarking on a new business venture and launching a new hair-care line, Jay-Z, along with their daughter Blue Ivy, was recently spotted enjoying one of the performances. The couple cheered on the renowned singer, reveling in her outstanding onstage performance.
