DJ Khaled must be “on one” after selling his palatial Los Angeles property for $12.5 million, approximately $2.6 million more than he bought for it in 2016. The Grammy Award-winning artist and producer sold the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife Jessica.
Khaled paid $9.9 million to buy the 10,681-square-foot mansion from British musician Robbie Williams five years ago. The French Chateau-style property is located in Beverly Hills’ private Mulholland Estates complex, which also houses Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, and Kendall Jenner.
According to pictures, the opulent mansion was built in 1992 and is surrounded by groomed hedges and a wrought-iron gate. It opens to a grand two-story foyer with a curved staircase topped by a glass dome.
The rooms are largely traditional, painted white or cream, and some have floor-to-ceiling windows or glass doors opening to the backyard. There’s also a recording studio, gym, swimming pool with a waterfall and an outdoor dining area with a kitchen, TV and fireplace.
