DJ Khaled is likely celebrating after offloading his lavish Los Angeles residence for $12.5 million, a notable increase of approximately $2.6 million from its 2016 pʋгchase price. The Grammy Award-winning artist and producer successfully sold the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom property to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife, Jessica.

Five years ago, Khaled acquired the 10,681-square-foot mansion from British musician Robbie Williams for $9.9 million. Situated in the private Mulholland Estates complex in Beverly Hills, the French Chateau-style property shares its prestigious neighborhood with notable residents such as Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, and Kendall Jenner.

As depicted in photos, the luxurious residence, constructed in 1992, is enveloped by well-maintained hedges and features a wrought-iron gate. Upon entry, it reveals a lavish two-story foyer with a curved staircase adorned with a glass dome.
