The 40-year-old Grammy winner is reportedly selling his Miami Beach home for $22.5 million.

Located on Allison Island in Florida, Weezy’s previous mansion boasts 10,632 square feet of living space, complete with retractable glass walls that lead out to the fully furnished backyard. According to Top 10 Real Estate Deals, the 23,760-square-foot site features a pool, outdoor eating areas, a beach cabana, and a built-in BBQ. It also overlooks 110 feet of ocean frontage and a private dock.

The initial asking price was $29.5 million, and Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman was the listing agent.

Potential purchasers will be “Right Above It” on the private terrace that is part of the home’s seven bedrooms and master suite, which features two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a sitting space, and a sitting area. Additionally, there is a junior suite that comes with its very own patio.

The main kitchen, which also serves as a breakfast nook, is outfitted with bespoke Italian cabinets and Subzero and Wolf appliances. Separate from the chef’s kitchen, there are staff quarters on the property.

An additional three-car garage, an elevator, a wine cellar, and a movie theater are among the extra features that owners can enjoy.

The MC’s home is part of a gated community with 24-hour security and several other exclusive perks, including access to the island’s private beach.

It’s located near La Gorce Country Club and the Normandy Shores Golf Club, as well as some public beaches and more opportunities to enjoy the local nightlife.
