Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s New $200 Million Home

One of the most beautiful homes in the country, a 30,000-square-foot mansion in the best part of Malibu, was just bought by Jay-Z and Beyoncé for a king’s ransom.

TMZ has learned that the couple paid $200 million for the home, which beat the previous record of $177 million and made it the most expensive home ever sold in the whole state of California. It’s also the second most expensive home deal in the country. An apartment in New York City costs $238 million, which is the most expensive deal.

New digs! Beyonce, 41, and her husband Jay-Z, 53, have made a historic real estate purchase. The billionaire pair bought a lavish Malibu mansion for a whooping $200 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the state of California

They got a great deal because the house was quietly put on the market for a huge $295 million.

This house is in the Paradise Cove neighborhood, also known as “Billionaires’ Row.” It is on an 8-acre bluff with a view of the Pacific Ocean.

Record breakers: The power couple ¿ who also own a mansion in the swanky Bel Air neighborhood ¿ took the record from their new neighbor, venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, who bought his home next door for a staggering $177 million in 2021

Breathtaking views: The home has plenty of space and a minimalistic high concrete wall design

At night: The property features tranquil views at nighttime

It’s also a work of art in architecture. It was built by the Japanese master architect Tadao Ando, who is also working on the house Kanye West bought in Malibu.

The house was owned and built by William Bell, who had a huge collection of art. Bell worked on the all-concrete building for almost 15 years.

Our research shows that this is the couple’s second huge home buy in the Los Angeles area. In 2017, they bought a Bel-Air mansion for $88 million and added millions more to it to make it worth over $100 million.

Mega-celebrity realtor Kurt Rappaport repped both the buyers and seller. We contacted his office for comment … so far, no word back.
