The 3,384 square-foot estate, acquired through his LLC, features three bedrooms and three bathrooms on 1.3 acres. Downey’s previous property, bought in 1972, boasts a spacious living area with ocean views and a glass-enclosed balcony.The kitchen, adorned with wood finishes and a trapezoid-shaped island, includes two Viking gas range ovens. Additional amenities comprise a cabana, spa, detached garage, workout studio, putting green, outdoor grilling area, and a black-bottom pool with a nearby cabana.Downey’s real estate portfolio expanded this year with the acquisition of an East Hamptons property for $11.5 million. Downey was recently photographed in Beverly Hills with his son, Indio.The Malibu mansion, listed in May, was swiftly purchased, reflecting Downey’s affinity for luxury living akin to Tony Stark’s lifestyle.
