Among the notable figures present among the Formula One drivers at the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday was none other than Hollywood actor Tom Holland. While he was merely part of the crowd in Monte Carlo, he did manage to engage in some activities.
Holland was observed at the event alongside his brothers Pаddy and Sam, accompanied by a few other celebrity friends, including Orlando Bloom. They were seen socializing with the Red Bull racing team, Tag Heuer, and Brazilian star Neymar. In an exciting turn of events, Holland even had the privilege of waving the checkered flag to signify the end of the race – a remarkable experience for a fan!Since 2011, TAG Heuer has served as the official watch partner of the Monaco Grand Prix. This year, the brand extended invitations to several prominent individuals, including Tom Holland, to witness the tҺrilling action. The actor, accompanied by his family, not only had the opportunity to wave the checkered flag but also spent time with members of the Red Bull Racing team in the garage and paddock. He enjoyed the race alongside other VIPs such as Maria Sharapova and Orlando Bloom.Throughout the festivities, Holland sported a green short-sleeved button-down, a tank top, khaki trousers, and, notably, a TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph. Priced at $6,450, this timepiece features a black ceramic bezel and a black dial adorned with three subdials and hour markers. Designed in celebration of the Carrera line’s 60th anniversary, the watch is housed in a 39 mm case crafted from polished steel and is available in either a black or blue dial option with corresponding calfskin straps. The reverse panda design showcases three counters in silver “azure,” and the main dial includes a 60-second scale and tachymeter scale along the tension ring – a concept initiated by Jack Heuer for the first Carrera model.Recently, TAG Heuer unveiled a trio of Monaco watches commemorating the 2023 edition of the Grand Prix in Original Blue, Racing Red, and Turquoise. All three watches feature skeletonized dials and are set in 39 mm cases crafted from sandblasted grade 2 titanium. Equipped with the brand’s in-house Heuer 02 movement, reminiscent of the TAG Heuer Monaco’s original movement from the ’70s, these timepieces utilize a column wheel to activate the chronograph. The automatic caliber, visible through the open caseback, provides an 80-hour power reserve and boasts water resistance of up to 100 meters.
