Lil Wayne said goodbye to the mansion where he resided with his ex-girlfriend, accepting an 85% loss to avoid having to recollect their memories

After being confined to a rented Hollywood Hills mansion for the majority of last year with his ex-girlfriend Denise Bidot, Lil Wayne obviously enjoys Los Angeles enough to p_rchase a home.

The 38-year-old rapper reportedly spent $15.4 m (Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and many Kardashians) for an opulent mansion in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley.

Weezy’s new property is nearly across the street from The Weeknd’s Hidden Hills residence, which has been for sale since last summer at a reduced $22 miℓℓio, and around the corner from Kylie Jenner’s long-standing residence.

The 10,000 square foot main home and the smaller guesthouse on the pad beneath it were constructed in 2019 by a local developer on a hilltop estate. Over three acres of the land are covered with grass and olive trees.

A nod to Hidden Hills’ equestrian heritage, horse trails and white picket fences encircle the property. The majority of the residents in the town still keep horses on their ranches.
