Beyoncé made sure to mark her 33rd birthday surrounded by her closest loved ones—husband Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy—on a picturesque beach in the south of France.
The “Crazy In Love” singer celebrated her special day on Thursday by enjoying a relaxing beach outing with her family. Both Beyoncé and Jay Z were all smiles, appearing to be in high spirits despite persistent rumors of a possible split. Beyoncé looked stunning in a multi-colored muumuu that showcased her cleavage, as she sat on a blanket next to Blue Ivy. She styled her highlighted, wavy locks in a loose bob and added a pop of color with bright red lipstick while playing with her daughter.
Blue Ivy, the couple’s adorable two-year-old, was dressed in a pink and teal bathing suit and wore a cute headband. Jay Z, meanwhile, kept his look casual and cool in a white button-down shirt and blue printed swim trunks. He stayed cheerful behind dark sunglasses as he played beach bat on the shore.
Several family members joined the beachside fun, including Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, and a woman who appeared to be her sister, Solange. The group didn’t hold back on luxury, with two large white tufted couches on the sand, a table with various beverages, and a canopy for shade. At one point, they even took a leisurely boat ride, further enhancing their idyllic celebration.
The beach setup included a heartfelt touch with “Happy B-Day” spelled out using sticks in the sand in front of their lavish encampment. Before heading to the beach, both Beyoncé and Jay Z took to social media to commemorate the special day. In her childhood photo, the future superstar, then about four or five years old, wore a stylish pink and white striped T-shirt with a high collar and short sleeves. A Happy Birthday hat with blue and silver hues completed her look. With hands on her hips and a wide smile, young Beyoncé already exuded star quality.
