DJ Khaled is settling comfortably into his new $26.9 million Miami Beach waterfront mansion, making the most of the luxurious amenities the property offers. Recently, the WeightWatchers social media spokesman was seen enjoying the Florida sun, shirtless and relaxed, as he explored his new home with his young son, Asahd.

The 42-year-old DJ purchased the sprawling 13,000 square foot estate from Michael Lerner, the creator of the iconic ‘Baby on Board’ signs from the 1980s. The mansion boasts an impressive array of features, including nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an 80-foot swimming pool, an elevator, a safe room, a four-bedroom guest house, and a private dock on Indian Creek.

This opulent property is the latest addition to Khaled’s real estate portfolio, which also includes singer Robbie Williams’ former home in the prestigious Mulholland Estates, a gated community in Los Angeles. Khaled acquired that residence for $9.9 million in January 2017.

When not enjoying his new Miami estate, DJ Khaled is busy preparing for the release of his upcoming album, “Father of Asahd,” set to drop in October. Named after his son Asahd, who was born to his longtime wife Nicole Tuck in October 2016, the album promises to be a hit. The lead single, “Top Off,” featuring Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Future, was released in March, followed by “No Brainer,” featuring Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, and Quavo, in July.

Despite his busy schedule and dedication to his music career, Khaled’s commitment to his healthy eating plan seems to have taken a backseat as he enjoys the delights of his new home. However, the DJ remains focused on balancing his professional and personal life, continuing to make strides in both realms.
