Lil Wayne and Antonia “Toya” Wright’s “princess,” Reginae Carter, celebrated her 13th birthday.

 

At the “enchanted evening of whimsical fantasy” held at Atlanta’s Callanwolde Mansion, the city’s elite turned out to wish the reigning hip-hop princess a very special birthday.
