And it seems DJ Khaled’s son Asahd has caught the sporting bug, as he joined his producer father at the following Miami Heat game on Wednesday.
The adorable 18-month-old was spotted cheering on the team from the comfort of his dad’s lap, before he tried his own hand at the sport while court side.
The 42-year-old musician and his partner Nicole Tuck could not contain their pride as their adorable son attempted a few basketball moves during the game.
The toddler, clad in a tracksuit and trendy Nike trainers, appeared to be having the time of his life as he ran up and down the court with the ball, while his doting mother followed behind him and took a few snaps.
Perhaps tiring of all the activity, Asahd soon retired to the DJ’s lap to watch the second half, and hilariously fiddle with his dad’s mobile phone as the match continued.
Proving to be the star of the show, the toddler was then greeted by a number of Miami Heat players with his father later on, with a sweet awestruck expression on his face.
It was only on Tuesday that the producer had taken his son to his first ever basketball game – with Asahd pictured laughing with glee as he watched Miami Heat battle Oklahoma City.
Speaking at the game the music-maker, whose full name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, gushed: ‘I had such a good time at the Miami heat game, to bring my son – my son’s first heat game.
‘I always dreamt about these days man, having a son – and being able to taking him to the basketball game.’
