Jay Z Marvels at DJ Khaled’s Lavish $12.5M Mansion: ‘My $200M mansion overlooking the Pacific Ocean is not as large as your garden’

Jay Z recently took a moment to appreciate the grandeur of DJ Khaled’s opulent $12.5 million mansion, playfully remarking, “My $200M mansion overlooking the Pacific Ocean is not as large as your garden.” The estate, nestled in a secure Los Angeles neighborhood, was purchased by DJ Khaled from Robbie Williams in late 2016, who sold it for $9.9 million.

DJ Khaled’s mansion is an epitome of luxury and grandeur. In 2016, the music producer shared pictures of the 77-acre estate’s impressive twin front doors and wrought iron gates. The well-kept trees and plants give the property a park-like ambiance, reminiscent of Tinseltown’s finest landscapes.

The mansion features a grand entrance with a glass dome over a double-story entryway, leading to a traditional living room adorned with French doors, cream walls, and a drawing room with a fireplace accentuated by black brocade wallpaper. The octagonal family room is equipped with a flatscreen TV and two accordion-style glass doors that open to the gardens. The dining space boasts mirror walls, enhancing its luxurious feel.

A large kitchen, fitted with Viking ranges and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, includes a circular window wall, a snack bar, and a breakfast nook, perfect for informal gatherings. The 10,681-square-foot mansion comprises six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The upstairs master retreat features wide-plank hardwood flooring, fabric tenting in the private sitting area, an outdoor balcony, and an extravagant master bath that reflects the mansion’s early ’90s heritage.

The property also includes a two-room kitchenette guest suite in the attic, staff quarters, and a gym on the lower level. Outdoor amenities are equally impressive, with a grotto-style Jacuzzi, grassy lawns, stone patios, a pool with a tented cabana, and a covered loggia for al fresco dining.

DJ Khaled, 45, and his wife Nicole Tuck also own a $25.9 million Miami Beach house, which boasts a lift, a safe room, and 13,000 square feet of living space.

Despite previous security concerns involving high-profile residents like Jenner, Hilton, and former tenant Charlie Sheen, the neighborhood remains a coveted and secure area for celebrities. Jay Z’s admiration for DJ Khaled’s mansion is a testament to its extraordinary appeal and the luxurious lifestyle it offers.
