Tyga purchased a $12.8 million villa in Bel-Air, close to his ex Kylie Jenner’s residence, primarily to flaunt his collection of supercars.

Tyga is living solo in his luxurious $12.8 million hillside mansion in Bel-Air, featuring a 70-foot pool and an expansive walk-in sneaker closet. The 13,000-square-foot estate, nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains, includes a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse.

According to the LA Times, the 30-year-old rapper has been leasing this stunning property for $58,000 per month since October. Built in 2019, the mansion offers breathtaking views of Los Angeles canyons through its all-glass walls. The sleek white home is adorned with numerous French doors leading to balconies, complete with striped window treatments.

Inside, the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate boasts soaring 18-foot ceilings. Tyga, born Michael Stevenson, can relax in his spacious master suite, which features dual bathtubs and views of the surrounding green hills.

The rapper’s walk-in closet is filled with rare designer sneakers, and he often shows off his collection while working out in his private gym. The three-story mansion also includes an outdoor lounge area with patio seating and string lighting, located next to a 70-foot rectangular pool and jacuzzi.

A multi-story guesthouse offers views of the pool and garden, while the driveway and garage provide ample space for Tyga’s growing fleet of luxury sports cars. The driveway is often lined with his scarlet Bugatti, Mercedes G-Wagons, Rolls Royces, and Ferraris.

Tyga’s mansion is just four miles away from Kylie Jenner’s Beverly Hills home, which she purchased last year with Travis Scott. Tyga and Kylie began dating in 2014 when she was 16 and he was 25. After a tumultuous three-year relationship, they parted ways in April 2017.
