How the wealthy squander their fortune: DJ Khaled purchases his own Boeing plane to live like Drake

Drake proudly owns Air Drake, a private Boeing 767, inspiring other artists, including DJ Khaled, to aspire to similar luxury. DJ Khaled has previously expressed his desire for a private jet, particularly after traveling to Los Angeles with Fat Joe to receive his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He even posted a video outside a rented Bombardier Global 7500, wishing for one of his own.

However, it seems DJ Khaled has set his sights higher, now expressing interest in a Boeing 767. Recently, he shared videos on Instagram showing his black Rolls-Royce Phantom parked beside a massive Boeing 767. In one post, he captioned, “I’m just window shopping; I want to feel like Drake!” He emphasized that owning a plane would allow him to travel the world with his loved ones.

In another video, DJ Khaled gives a detailed tour of the aircraft, mentioning that he’s considering getting a Boeing instead of a Global 7500. The plane he toured, a Boeing 767-200(ER), belongs to billionaire Miami attorney John H. Ruiz. This luxurious aircraft, one of only 121 ever made, boasts 2,000 square feet of space, including two staterooms, two lounges, a formal dining room, a private cinema, a DJ station, and four bathrooms.

While it’s unclear if this $38 million private jet is for sale, with DJ Khaled’s net worth of $75 million, it’s within reach if he decides to purchase it.
