Nicki Minaj invited her close friend Rihanna to visit her newly purchased villa and constantly bragged about her wealth

After renting mansions all around the greater Los Angeles area—from Beverly Hills to Malibu—Nicki Minaj has made a commitment to homeownership.

According to property records, the Grammy-winning rapper has dropped her famous “Starships” into the guard-gated community of Hidden Hills in the San Fernando Valley, spending a cool $19.5 miℓℓio𝚗 on a brand-new mansion.

The property agent claimed that the enormous modern farmhouse built this year by a local developer had sold “before listing on the MLS.” Therefore, it was never released to the public.

Tax records indicate that the approximately 12,000 square foot mansion has eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, which is all we have to go on because there are no images or information about the house.

There is a saltwater pool with a Jacuzzi and a Baja shelf for sunbathing in the backyard, as well as a separate guesthouse. The one-acre flat lot offers a three-car garage, verdant gardens, and extensive screening vegetation.

The master bedroom on the second floor has its own balcony with a view of the backyard, while the rest of the house has various patios and terraces accessible by pocketing glass doors.

Minaj prefers spacious mansions. The singer, who was born in Trinidad and Tobago and is now 40 years old, and her husband currently live in a rented mansion on a hill in Calabasas, one of the city’s numerous secure communities.

Although it is expected that Minaj, Petty, and their entourage will soon move into their new and even more extravagant Hidden Hills mansion, the one they currently reside in was built in the Mediterranean style in the 1990s and has more than 10,000 square feet of living space, marble flooring, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms.

Once a quiet, Kentucky-style community full of horse farms, Hidden Hills is now popular with celebrities, especially professional athletes and musicians, who value privacy in their personal lives.

A huge number of the Kardashians, as well as Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Will and Jada Smith, Lori Loughlin, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Simmons, and the rest of the current L.A. Rams team call this area home. Today, there are probably more Ferraris and Lamborghinis in the neighborhood than there are horses.

Both the seller, Aaron Kirman and Danielle Nisim of AKG, and the purchaser, Aaron Kirman and Matt Adamo of AKG, were represented by the same firm.
