A collection of alleged diary entries titled Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice from the Other Side was released on Amazon just a week before Diddy’s arrest. The famed rapper, facing charges of racketeering and sеx trafficking, which he strongly denies, pled not guilty in court. Kim Porter, who passed away at 47 in 2018, had an on-and-off relationship with Diddy, beginning in 1994. They share three children: Christian (26) and twins Jessie James and D’Lila (17). The memoir, said to be based on Porter’s diaries, was edited by Chris Todd, under the alias Jamal T Millwood. It contains explosive allegations of abuse, including claims of wild parties and mistreatment.
While still detained, Diddy’s legal team strongly criticized the book, calling it “offensive” and a “shameless attempt to profit from tragedy.” His attorney, Erica Wolf, emphasized that Porter died of natural causes, stating, “The Kim Porter ‘memoir’ is fake. It is also offensive.” Diddy’s children also condemned the memoir, refuting rumors about their parents’ relationship and their mother’s passing, asserting that no foul play was involved.
Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security Investigations agents on September 16 and indicted the next day on serious charges. Despite pleading not guilty, he has been denied bail twice.
