The scandal involving Sean John Combs, known in the music industry as Puff Daddy or Diddy, has caused a significant uproar in the United States.
This case dates back to the early ’90s, with allegations of sеxual harаssment, abuse, and rаpe at parties attended by other prominent figures from Hollywood and the music industry.
While many have expressed their suspicions about Diddy, the most vocal critic has consistently been rapper 50 Cent, who plans to produce a documentary for Netflix covering the entire situation. A few months ago, the musician shared a video of Mark Curry claiming that Diddy drᴜgged women using bottles of champagne.
“This is a story with a significant human impact. It’s a complex narrative that spans decades, not just the headlines or snippets that have been presented so far,” the singer stated regarding the Diddy case. He further emphasized that they remain committed “to giving a voice to the voiceless and providing authentic, nuanced perspectives.”
“While the allegations are troubling, we encourage everyone to remember that the Sean Combs story does not represent the entirety of hip-hop and its culture. Our aim is to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the broader contributions of the culture,” he continued.
50 Cent added, “I’m the only one to speak out in public prior to the case came to light”
Recently, the rapper revisited the topic, stating, “He did it! He really did. I’m the only one who spoke publicly before the case was revealed. In fact, I didn’t participate. I didn’t attend those parties.”
Additionally, 50 Cent accused other figures involved in “that celebrity culture,” saying, “I don’t care about all that crazy sh** and all that weird stuff they do.”
Finally, he highlighted a troubling incident that has been somewhat overshadowed by the recent chaos: “If we look back to the ’90s, Keefe D claimed that Diddy paid him to kᎥll 2Pac. He seems to be facing some pretty serious accusations.”
