Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has listed his lavish Beverly Hills estate for an eye-popping $61.5 million, just six months after it was raided by Homeland Security agents as part of an alleged sеx trafficking investigation.
Located in the prestigious Holmby Hills neighborhood, the property is touted in its listing as one of the area’s “most spectacular and beautiful estates,” featuring 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms within 17,000 square feet.
At 54 years old, Diddy stands to earn a substantial profit if he secures his high asking price, which represents a $20.5 million increase from the $39 million he reportedly paid for the mansion back in 2014.
Reports of Diddy’s intent to sell the estate surfaced in July 2024, shortly after the federal agents raided both his Beverly Hills mansion and his extensive waterfront property in Miami.
While specific details about the March 25 raids remain scarce, multiple sources indicate they were part of an ongoing investigation into sеx trafficking. Two insiders informed NBC News that authorities plan to present evidence against Combs to a grand jury in New York.
Images from the raid showed that agents conducted an extensive search of both residences, reportedly seizing numerous electronics and opening safes found within the L.A. and Miami homes.
A source revealed to Page Six that there was “significant property damage” at both locations during the raids.
Despite this, Diddy appears optimistic that the “damage” and the surrounding scandal won’t affect the market value of his Beverly Hills estate, given its impressive listing price.
Potential buyers can expect numerous luxurious amenities for that price, including a bar, wine cellar, library, gym, indoor sauna, and swimming pool.
The listing also highlights the property’s “state-of-the-art theatre that can accommodate 35 people,” along with classic European details throughout.
“The stunning grounds include beautiful lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a resort-style swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, a spa house, and an outdoor covered loggia featuring a BBQ, bar, and pizza oven,” the listing elaborates.
Moreover, buyers will have celebrity neighbors, including Kylie Jenner.
However, fans of Diddy hoping to tour the property may be disappointed, as showings are limited to “prequalified clients,” meaning only those who can demonstrate significant financial resources.
This house is one of many extraordinary properties that Diddy has owned and sold over the years. His Miami mansion, situated on the exclusive Star Island, was previously owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan and cost him a staggering $35 million in 2021.
The Miami estate features two buildings on 1.34 acres, comprising six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and nearly 8,000 square feet, along with breathtaking waterfront views.
Diddy had previously purchased the adjacent property 18 years earlier for $14.5 million.
