Diddy has dismissed claims that he is linked to rumors suggesting The Four: Battle for Stardom on Fox is facing cancellation due to his demand for $1 million per episode.

Fox executives are reportedly hesitant to renew the show, citing Diddy’s high compensation request and the low ratings from its second season, which launched in June 2018. According to an insider:

“Diddy was asked to lower his rate, but he declined. As a result, the show’s renewal is in doubt, though no final decision has been made yet. Discussions also included potentially replacing other judges.”
