Diddy marks his 55th birthday at Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center with a modest meal.
The rapper, currently held while awaiting trial on federal sеx trafficking and rackеteering charges, is also scheduled to appear in federal court later on Monday.
According to the New York Post, Diddy will have a lunch choice of cheese pizza, salad, or pasta.
These options are part of the usual prison menu, where authorities recently confiscated drᴜgs and phones in a ‘multi-agency’ operation unrelated to his high-profile case.
He’ll also have the option of a “breakfast cake” and potatoes, though coffee won’t be available to him until the weekend, according to the prison’s menu policies.
Diddy, whose legal name is Sean Combs, maintains his innocence, arguing that while the “freak off” parties in question were extreme, they were entirely consensual.
However, dozens of women have stepped forward to claim otherwise.
Additionally, grand jury witnesses have accused him of mistreating young stars, although no evidence has yet supported these allegations.
Last week, witness Courtney Burgess publicly claimed he had viewed tapes of Diddy “victimizing” at least eight celebrities.
According to Burgess, the videos were from a flash drive owned by Diddy’s late ex, Kim Porter, who allegedly got the footage from hidden cameras placed in the rapper’s home.
Burgess shared his account on NewsNation’s Banfield, describing what he’d seen.
It’s still uncertain whether the grand jury has actually seen these tapes or only heard about them.
Throughout this ordeal, Diddy’s family, including his sons, stand firmly by him, insisting he is the target of biased prosecutors.
Diddy’s troubles began last year when a disturbing video surfaced showing him attacking his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a hallway of a Los Angeles hotel.
In the footage, he is seen chasing her, kicking, and pulling her hair to prevent her escape.
He later issued an apology for the incident in a video statement, claiming it marked the extent of his misconduct.
