Explore Russell Wilson and Ciara’s Jaw-Dropping $36M Bellevue Mansion, Complete with a Stunning Two-Story Treehouse

Super Bowl-winning former Seattle Seahawks dual-threat quarterback Russell Wilson and mononym fashion model/R&B singer Ciara have placed their blufftop Bellevue, Washington, mansion on the market with a jaw-dropping price tag of $36 million.

The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, who is also a tireless entrepreneur and devoted philanthropist, and Wilson, who was once the NFL’s highest-paid player and earned about $35 million per year in his final years with the Seahawks, are hoping to nearly triple their money from the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. According to the deeds, the two properties were acquired in two separate transactions, the first in 2015, the year before their wedding, and the second in 2019, for a total expenditure of $13.4 million.

The two parcels are also available separately, according to listings held by Carmen Gayton and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. The parcel with the main house is listed for $28 million, while the parcel with the detached garage and sport court is listed for $8 million.

Together, the two parcels encompass nearly 1.9 lushly landscaped acres that slope down to 270 feet of excellent Lake Washington shoreline. The flamboyantly embellished main house was constructed in 2007 on a vantage point overlooking the city and water.

There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms in addition to two powder rooms in a little more than 11,000 square feet on three floors that are serviced by a dramatic wrought iron accentuated circular staircase and an elevator.

Other features include a spacious foyer with a 20-foot ceiling, two formal dining rooms, and a black-painted library/office.

A space with a groin vault supported by fluted Corinthian columns divides the great chamber. On one side is a large kitchen with elaborately carved bone-white cabinetry, arrayed around a 14-foot-long, doublewide island.

There are antique Southeast Asian carved wood doors throughout, at least four elaborately carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay off the great room with expansive vistas over the lake toward the Seattle downtown skyline.

The master suite is awash in various shades of purple velvet, from plum to violet to eggplant, and the bathroom is lavishly appointed with a garden tub and cedar sauna, so as to maximize the blufftop vistas.

But it’s the 200 square feet of custom closet space and the “Hollywood-worthy glam room” that truly amp up the suite’s decadence.
