To express his love for his wife, Kevin Hart splurged on a villa near Hawaii, providing her a relaxing retreat while she was pregnant

For over a year, Kevin Hart has shared glimpses of a sprawling new property on his Instagram, distinct from his well-known home that was unfortunately burgled in 2016.

This sparked curiosity about the location of his new stylish home, prompting us to dig deeper and piece together the details.

Before diving into that, it’s important to acknowledge a key moment: on August 31, 2019, Kevin posted a joyful photo of himself jumping into his pool with his trademark cheerful caption, “Being at home brings me joy… have a great weekend, everyone!!!! #LiveLoveLaugh.”

However, just eight days later, news broke that Kevin had been in a serious car accident near his home, resulting in significant injuries. Thankfully, recent reports confirm that he is recovering well. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Kevin!

Building permits obtained by Velvet Ropes show that Kevin started construction on a two-story, 9,623-square-foot home in April 2017. The cost of constructing the main structure was just under $2 million, with additional records shedding light on features such as his pool, garage, cabana, and landscaping. In total, Kevin spent nearly $5 million creating his Spanish-inspired villa.

There are rumors that he secured one of the last two available plots in the area, with the other being purchased by NFL Hall of Famer Keyshawn Johnson for $900,000, who later sold it for $1.2 million. As a side note, Keyshawn sold his home in the nearby Oaks neighborhood to Kourtney Kardashian in 2014.

Kevin is clearly a family man at heart! His cozy living room appears to be a family-focused space, with multiple photos of him cuddling with his children and their dog. Among these, one image stands out as our favorite.

His expansive 900+ square-foot garage, complete with a 250-square-foot second-story pool house, cost approximately $170,000. Given his passion for cars, the garage is undoubtedly filled with high-end vehicles.

The family also enjoys outdoor activities! The back of the house features a paved patio overlooking a stunning 800+ square-foot rectangular pool, with a 100-square-foot spa at its center. These sleek additions set Kevin back $60,000.

Aerial shots of the property reveal an unfinished backyard, though recent Instagram posts showcase a lush lawn and even a volleyball court – complete with sand.

The backyard also features a 650-square-foot open cabana, adding an extra $100,000 to the overall expense. From the photos, it seems the cabana serves as both an indoor and outdoor gym, where Kevin and Eniko are frequently seen working out together on Instagram.
