‘No one recognised him!’ Keanu Reeves waits 20 minutes in the rain outside his OWN party rather than make a scene

Keanu Reeves is one star who you will never hear ask ‘Don’t you know who I am?’

The 50-year-old star reportedly missed the first 20 minutes of his own party in New York on Friday.

Page Six reports the iconic actor proved he is no diva when a mix up saw him waiting outside in the rain at the wrap party for his new film Daughter of God.

Chauffeur Ronny Sunshine, known as the ‘Mad Limo Czar’ for transporting rock bands around, told Page Six he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the actor waiting outside the Leonora club in Chelsea.

He told the New York Post column: “Keanu was very patiently waiting.” I don’t believe he said anything to the bouncer, like, ”I’m Keanu.

‘Nobody recognized him.

‘Keanu appears ordinary. It was raining, but he was simply waiting for his two pals to arrive. He didn’t act like he had money. I just assumed he was a rock ‘n’ roller.

Noel Ashman, the club’s owner, apologized for leaving the star out in the rain, but said the renowned actor’s laid-back attitude was extremely fitting for his down-to-earth personality.

The club owner told Page Six, ‘I had no idea he was kept waiting, and he didn’t say anything to me.

‘He is a pretty easygoing person.’

However, the night was not over for all-around nice guy Keanu since, according to the same source, the Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure star later discovered someone’s credit card.
