Inside Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade’s $20 million Hidden Hills mansion, where there’s only wealth and happiness

After selling their beachfront Miami, Florida estate for an alleged $22 million a few years ago, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade moved on to a stunning $20 million home in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills neighborhood.

The 50-year-old actress from Bring It On and the 41-year-old retired NBA player moved back to California in order for Dwyane’s transgender 16-year-old daughter, Zaya, to “blossom” in a better community.

“There are a lot of reasons we decided California was best for our family and finding a community for Zaya was a big part of that,” Dwyane stated to Parents. We believed that California would be the ideal environment for her to develop and flourish. She was able to fit in and become herself here, and she will soon be a junior in high school.”

At 8,650 square feet, the house was not as large as their present residence but still rather remarkable. In addition, there was an elevator and a three-story spiral staircase there.

Similar to their new property, the five-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom house featured a marble kitchen, movie theater, wet bar, wine cellar, and tasting room. Dwyane also opened his own wine label, Wade Cellars, in 2014 after partnering with Napa Valley winemaker Jayson Pahlmeyer.

Along with an infinity-edge pool, pizza oven, and spa outside, there was also a fire pit and expansive views of the San Fernando Valley. First meeting in 2007, Gabrielle and Dwyane were married in 2014.
